Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were far overpriced at 140USD, average, and lacked attention to detail; basic amenities like the coffee machine didn't work, and TV channels were only in Spanish. However, the location was beautiful, set amidst stunning mountain scenery, offering great walks and a unique setting. Dining overlooking the mountains was a highlight, albeit with limited food options.
The hotel offers clean rooms with lovely garden views, but noise from the bar and neighboring guests can be a disturbance at times. The service is somewhat disorganized, yet the location amidst beautiful gardens and coffee fields provides a serene stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are very nice with personal hammocks and a beautiful garden in front, but lack attention to small details like a faulty coffee machine and only Spanish TV channels. The service had a severe downside when I experienced complete disrespect resulting in being left without accommodation, but Everardo's exceptional service made up for it. The location offered beautiful walks and a great restaurant, though the distance from Boquete could be an inconvenience. Dining was a delicious experience, especially after a hike, although more options would be appreciated.
